Spending the night at Base Camp is more than just a place to sleep – it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and experience the mountain top in a way that few others can. Here, close-to-nature adventures are combined with comfort for a memorable stay.

Facilities Base Camp is equipped with hot water showers, toilets, outdoor dishwashing stations, and barbecue areas. As a guest, you have free access to firewood to create a cozy campfire atmosphere.

Exclusive Access to the Suspension Bridge As a guest at Base Camp, you get access to the suspension bridge outside regular opening hours. This gives you the chance to experience both sunrise and sunset from a unique vantage point.

Camping and Equipment For campers, there is a green area within Base Camp that accommodates around 30 tents, but you are also welcome to pitch your tent in any other suitable spot in the area – or why not spend the night in a hammock under the stars? To make packing easier, we offer rental of sleeping bags, pillows, pillowcases, sleeping pads, and outdoor kitchens.

Car Camping For those camping in their vehicle or with a rooftop tent, there is an option to pay a camping fee and park at our upper parking area, right next to the campsite.

More Than Just a Campsite The camping fee includes more than just a piece of ground to pitch your tent – it grants you a unique experience and a sense of community with other adventure-seeking guests. During the summer months, Base Camp can host up to 30 guests, and over the years, we have shared countless magical evenings and created thousands of unforgettable memories.
