You must be on-site at least 30 minutes before the departure time for the registration process, dressing and safety briefing. If you arrive late the group may already have started or the departure time may have been cancelled. There will be no refunds in such cases since we cannot be held responsible for a guest's failure to arrive on time.
Yes! They have to have a leash on at all times and are not allowed to be left without supervision at any point.
You should wear suitable clothing for the weather. It is worth keeping in mind that the weather can change fairly quickly. Proper shoes are a must - no sandals, flip-flops or the like. You may bring your own gloves or you may borrow gloves from us without any extra fee.

Yes! We encourage all of our guests to bring their own waterbottle or you may buy a waterbottle from our restaurant Fine Forest, we have smaller shoulderbags that you may borrow without any extra fee. You may also bring your own smaller bag, preferebly with zippers.
Yes, we provide free lockers for any personal belongings that you don´t want to take out on the tour. We have changing facilities, but recommend that you arrive at the park in the clothes you want to wear during the adventure.
Yes you can take a camera and/or a mobile with you on the course. But you are responsible for it. The company does not pay for loss or damadge. Please keep the mobile on mute.
Children under a weighs of 35 kg (77 lbs.) will zip tandem with a guide. Tandem is a free of charge option. The guide with whom the child tandem zips is responsible for safety throughout the adventure.
Yes you can go on all of our adventures with your glasses/sunglasses. The headscarf and helmet keeps the glasses in its place.
What happens when the weather is bad? The saying 'There is no bad weather, only bad clothing' applies to us. To zip in the rain is actually quite fun and could be a highlight if you are dressed correctly. Feeling the rain whipping against your face as you zip along high above ground is actually very pleasant. We don't cancel a departure because of ordinary rainy weather. We do however cancel adventures in the event of a rainstorm, thunderstorm or snowstorm. In that case you will get your money back. If you paid with a voucher you will be given a new departure time.

It is allowed to take photos at several points during the tour. However, since we zip-line over inaccessible areas such as cliffs and ravines, it’s not possible to follow the entire tour from the ground. The best photo opportunities are at the beginning and end of the tour. You can, however, reach all the stations to watch the participants.
Please note that spectators must never stand directly under the lines; a distance of three meters must be maintained for the safety of both participants and spectators.

We have several barbeque areas you may rent to cook your meals. And a half of the Wilderness deck is outside of the serving area and there you may consume your own food. For interest in reservate a barbeque area, please contact us through the contact form if there is desire of reservating one of the barbeque areas.
